'Spring Torch'

The 'Spring Torch' Heather consists of dark, mauve, tubular flowers over feathery evergreen foliage.  It can survive in poor, unfertile soil, and makes a good ground cover.  Heather is the more common name for the plant Erica.   

Bloom Time:  August through October.

Growth Habit:  Low-growing, Upright, 20" in height.

Foliage:  Feathery, Evergreen.

Sun/Shade:  Sun.
